Step 4: The customer inspects the goods and pays directly to the delivery service/delivery person upon receipt. After payment is completed, the order is confirmed as fulfilled.
4. Order Value and Payment Methods
Idocean.coffee offers various payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, international payment card, or domestic payment card.
Unless otherwise specified, customers can usually choose one of the three payment methods above when placing an order. However, to ensure safety for customers during payment, for high-value orders from xx (tens of) millions VND upwards, idocean.coffee only accepts advance payment by bank transfer, international payment card, or domestic payment card.
5. Promotion Programs
With the desire to bring many benefits to customers, idocean.coffee and its member Merchants frequently offer special promotion programs. However, to ensure fairness for customers, we reserve the right to refuse orders not intended for personal use, bulk purchases, or for resale purposes when customers participate in promotion programs.
Typically, the maximum number of products for each customer participating in a special promotion program at idocean.coffee is two (02) products. The rules of the promotion program will be updated on the promotion page at the time of the program run and may be changed without prior notice to customers.
Idocean.coffee reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet the terms and conditions of participation in promotion programs without prior notice to customers. Therefore, customers are kindly requested to carefully refer to the rules of each program before participating.
6. Discount Codes

In such cases, the discount code will not be re-issued. 7. Delivery Area
Idocean.coffee delivers nationwide for all products distributed directly by idocean.coffee, except for some bulky items where long-distance transportation may affect product quality.
For products distributed by member Merchants, the delivery area may be limited as updated on the product page. In some cases, if the delivery area is not updated in time at the moment of order placement, idocean.coffee will contact the customer to provide detailed information.
8. Pricing
The price of products listed on idocean.coffee is the final selling price including Value Added Tax (VAT). Product prices may vary depending on the time and accompanying promotion programs. Shipping fees or order fulfillment fees will be applied if any, and will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page when you place your order.
While we strive to ensure that all information and prices displayed are accurate for each product, errors or mistakes may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error for any product in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be automatically canceled on the system, and a refund will be processed (if the order has been paid in advance).
Price differences: Member Merchants operating on the luaveprofessional.com e-commerce platform may offer the same product with different pricing policies. You have the right to choose and compare prices between member Merchants to get the most reasonable price for your order. Idocean.coffee does not interfere with the pricing policies of individual member Merchants if disputes arise.
9. Terms and Conditions for Voucher and Discount Code Usage
These terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) will apply to the use of vouchers or discount codes for promotional programs (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Vouchers"), provided that these vouchers are issued unconditionally.
(i) Vouchers are only valid for use on the idocean.coffee website or mobile application.
(ii) To use Vouchers, the discount code must be entered on the final payment page.
(iii) Customers can only use one Voucher per day.
(iv) Each discount code can only be used once per customer.
(v) Idocean.coffee reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders, or revoke the use of discount codes for Vouchers that have been used in the following cases:
- The use of Vouchers shows signs of fraud or suspicion.
- Abuse of Vouchers, including the use of discount codes by multiple accounts or multiple payments by the same customer or group of customers.
- Vouchers are used in bad faith (including reselling vouchers or customers using Vouchers to purchase goods for resale purposes, as determined by purchasing behavior or through business name and address).
(vi) Unless otherwise specified, Vouchers or other promotional discounts will not be applicable concurrently with other promotional programs or strategic discounts, unless the goods have already been discounted on idocean.coffee.
(vii) Additional terms and conditions will be stipulated for special discount codes (e.g., validity period, discount value, and applicable product types), and will govern the use of these discount codes.
(viii) Idocean.coffee Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
