Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products on idocean.coffee
1. Scope of application
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to customers who:
(i) Purchase products sold on idocean.coffee;
(ii) Request product delivery to locations consistent with the Delivery Policy published on idocean.coffee.
1.2. Customers in these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) include:
(i) Any individual with full civil capacity, aged 15 years or older, and possessing assets to make product purchases on idocean.coffee;
(ii) Any organization established and operating legally in accordance with Vietnamese law.
2. How to form a contract
2.1. All product information presented on idocean.coffee shall in no case be construed as an offer to enter into a contract by Idocean to the Customer.
The contractual relationship with the Customer is only formed and effective from the time the Customer's order (hereinafter referred to as "Order") is accepted in one of the following forms: (i) a written notice sent to the email address the Customer provided to Idocean; or (ii) a message from idocean.coffee to the Customer confirming the Order has been successfully processed.
2.2. Any cancellation of an Order by the Customer (if any) must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Return and Exchange Policy published on idocean.coffee.
An Order may be partially or wholly cancelled with the Customer's confirmation to the Customer Service Department. Idocean reserves the right to cancel an Order in certain cases specified in the Delivery Policy published on idocean.coffee. In the event an Order is partially or wholly cancelled, the amount the Customer has paid corresponding to the cancelled value of the Order will be refunded to the Customer in accordance with the provisions of the Return and Exchange Policy published on idocean.coffee.
2.3. To ensure fairness and the rights of the Customer as the end consumer, Idocean reserves the right to apply restrictive conditions in implementing promotional programs (“Promotions”), including but not limited to: (i) limiting the maximum number of products a Customer can purchase in each Promotion; (ii) limiting the purpose of product purchase, whereby products purchased in Promotions may only be used for personal consumption and not for commercial purposes, resale, or transfer in any form; (iii) other limitations (if any) specified in detail in each Promotion. The restrictive conditions in implementing Promotions are hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Policy.
Therefore, Idocean reserves the right not to confirm, refuse, cancel, or revoke delivered products from Orders that violate any content of the Promotion Policy without prior notice to the Customer. To clarify, an Order that violates the Promotion Policy is an Order placed by one or a group of Customers who are related, using one or more accounts on idocean.coffee to purchase products under a Promotion. Idocean will use its tools to verify and has the sole discretion to determine whether an Order violates the Promotion Policy.
2.4 Idocean reserves the right not to confirm, refuse, cancel, or revoke delivered products from Customer Orders in other cases at Idocean's discretion without prior notice to the Customer.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. The price of products on idocean.coffee includes Value Added Tax. In all cases, the product price does not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are specified in the Delivery Policy published on idocean.coffee.
3.2. The Customer shall pay the value of the Order in accordance with the Payment Policy published on idocean.coffee before receiving the Product of that Order. When the Customer clicks on the "Checkout" button to proceed with payment for the Order, it means that (i) the Customer confirms having reviewed the Order information; and (ii) the Customer agrees that these Terms & Conditions will apply to the product purchase transaction in that Order.
3.3. Idocean reserves the right to refuse to accept credit card payments from customers in certain cases at Idocean's discretion.
3.4. To ensure payment security, Customers should note:
(i) Only make online payments at the linked window redirected from idocean.coffee;
(ii) Use and protect cards (credit cards, ATM cards, etc.) and account/card information carefully;
(iii) Do not lend or allow others to use your card to make purchases on idocean.coffee. As soon as any unusual transactions are detected on idocean.coffee, the Customer should immediately contact idocean.coffee's Customer Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "CSC") for timely processing;
(iv) In all cases, for international credit/debit cards, please do not disclose your CVV/CVC/CSC number (which is a security code, a three-digit set printed on the back of the card) to protect card information;
4. Product delivery and receipt
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address requested by the Customer in the Order at the time specified in the Delivery Policy published on idocean.coffee or at the time the Customer actively requests to receive the goods according to the suggested time slots on idocean.coffee.
In cases where the Customer wishes to change the delivery address, the Customer must call and inform the Customer Service Center of the name and contact phone number of the person designated by the Customer to receive the product, as well as the new delivery address. The person designated by the Customer to receive the product on the Order or by phone as specified in Article 4.1 herein is generally referred to as the "Recipient."
In some cases, when requested by Idocean, the Recipient must present identification documents such as a Citizen Identification Card/ID Card/Passport for the delivery staff to verify before receiving the goods.
4.2. The Recipient must inspect the product and sign the Delivery Note upon receipt of the product.
Risk and ownership of the product will transfer to the Customer from the moment the Recipient signs the Delivery Note. The Customer should retain the Delivery Note for reconciliation or to resolve any potential issues related to the product (if any).
5. Product returns and exchanges
Product returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Return and Exchange Policy published on idocean.coffee.
6. Reward points and redemption
Regulations on the accumulation and redemption of reward points are implemented according to Idocean's specific policies at each time. Idocean encourages Customers to register an account on idocean.coffee to conveniently track transaction history, receive updated information about goods, promotional programs, and enjoy benefits for loyal customers.
7. Customer service and complaint handling
7.1. In case of any questions or complaints, including but not limited to product quality, product delivery, delivery staff's attitude, product exchange/return, etc., the Customer can contact the CSC via hotline 093 271 88 98 or email coffeeprecisiongear@idocean.com. When contacting the CSC, the Customer must provide the Order number stated in the email or message confirming the Order that Idocean sent to the Customer. The CSC will receive and respond to the Customer as soon as possible.
7.2. When there is a need for product warranty, the Customer can refer to and understand the provisions of the Warranty Policy published on idocean.coffee.
8. Information Security
8.1. Regulations on Customer information security are implemented according to the Privacy and Information Sharing Policy published on idocean.coffee.
8.2. Regulations on payment information security for Customers are implemented according to the Payment Information Security Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Idocean be liable for any damages/losses/detriments suffered by the Customer unless caused by Idocean's willful misconduct. Idocean's liability to the Customer (if any) shall be limited to the value of the product purchased by the Customer on idocean.coffee.
10. General Terms
10.1. The provisions referenced in these General Terms are an inseparable part of the Terms & Conditions.
10.2. Idocean and the Customer are responsible for fulfilling all obligations specified in these Terms & Conditions.
10.3 If any content of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by any competent authority, the validity of other contents in these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
10.4. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from the contractual relationship between Idocean and the Customer shall be construed and governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes, differences, and complaints arising from/or related to the content of these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. If a resolution cannot be reached within these thirty (30) days, the dispute or complaint may be resolved by the competent court.
