Bubble tea and fruit tea businesses constantly face the pressure of rapid obsolescence if your menu lacks innovation or your tea flavors get lost in the crowd. MODERN TE MIXOLOGY at ido Academy is designed to help shop owners and baristas break away from conventional recipes, shifting to a mindset of menu development based on systematic tea base and ingredient analysis techniques.
The training program is condensed into 4 sessions, guiding you from distinguishing different types of tea and practicing extraction techniques (hot brew, cold brew, machine tea) to personally preparing trendy toppings such as jelly, milk foam, and boba.
The core of the course is to help you master the ratios when combining tea with milk and fruits, and to develop a mindset for creating innovative new-generation tea lines such as Kombucha, Nitro, or Soda. With a limited class size of only 4-6 students, you will receive direct technical adjustments, confidently own a unique menu with your personal touch, and receive an Idocean Certificate to optimize real-world business effectiveness.
