The Ditting 807 is a professional grinder suitable for quality-focused coffee shops or roasters serving direct customers. It is equipped with 80 mm hardened steel burrs for high precision, allowing for flexible grind size adjustment from very fine (Turkish) to very coarse (Cold Brew).
Modern design with bag clamp and knock device, allowing coffee to fall directly into the bag neatly. The powerful motor and dual cooling fans ensure stable operation, minimizing heat and maintaining grinding quality even during continuous use.
