The Ditting 807 Lab Sweet is a premium version of the 807 series, designed to meet high-quality standards in cupping and Specialty Coffee. It uses special cast steel burrs with an optimized grinding tooth design, ensuring uniform grind particle size, consistent extraction, and a sweeter flavor in the cup. Additionally, the grinder boasts near-zero retention, making it suitable for lab environments and professional coffee shops.
The machine allows for flexible grind size adjustment from very fine (Turkish) to very coarse (Cold Brew). Its powerful motor and dual cooling fans ensure stable operation, while the easy-to-disassemble and clean design, along with a stainless steel grounds container, guarantee safety and convenience in use.
