La Marzocco Swan Coffee Grinder
The La Marzocco Swan is designed to reduce heat during grinding, thanks to a belt drive system that separates the motor from the burrs and high-performance 83 mm conical burrs. This reduces friction, limits heat generation, and preserves the full flavor of the coffee.
The grinder uses a buttonless funnel recognition sensor to activate the grinding process, ensuring stable and durable operation. The familiar user interface, similar to the Linea PB series, makes it easy for baristas to operate. The ductless design also allows for quick cleaning and maintenance.
