It uses 98 mm cast steel burrs manufactured in Germany, suitable for grind ranges from espresso to pour-over coffee.

The new grinding head allows for measurement and adjustment of fineness based on the micron distance between the two burrs, ensuring high precision, with a flexible stepless adjustment mechanism — automatically according to saved settings or manually.
